Strategic Advisor to Top-Producing Real Estate Agents

This is not for new agents.

I work with successful real estate agents and team leaders who have built substantial businesses. They're good at what they do, but they've reached a point where running the business can be just as demanding as producing it.

As the business grows, so do the people, decisions and responsibilities. What worked when things were smaller doesn't always work anymore. The challenges become less about finding clients and more about managing what you've built.

My background in business consulting, brokerage leadership and working closely with hundreds of successful agents and teams gives me a different perspective. I've seen what works, where things get complicated and how even successful businesses can operate better.

This is not traditional coaching.

My focus is on helping you think about the business you've built, the decisions you're facing and what you want it to look like in the future. You already know how to sell real estate. I bring a different perspective to the challenges that come with building and managing a successful business.

We might look at how your team is organized, whether responsibilities are clear or why so many decisions still depend on you. Sometimes the issue is growth. Other times, the business has simply become more complicated than it needs to be.

You might even be wondering whether the way you're working today is how you want to keep working. Those are worthwhile conversations, and they're often difficult to have when you're in the middle of running the business.

What we'll focus on together.

Every business is different, but our work generally centers on three things:

  1. How your business operates. The people, responsibilities and processes that keep everything running, and where things could work better.

  2. How you make decisions. Working through the operational and leadership challenges that come with managing a successful business.

  3. Where you want to go. Making sure the business you're building still fits what you want, both professionally and personally.

Success doesn't always mean building a bigger team or producing more. Sometimes it means having more time, fewer complications or simply enjoying the business you've worked so hard to build.

How we work together.

We start with a conversation about your business, what's on your mind and what you'd like to accomplish. From there, we decide where to focus our attention.

Our conversations are candid and practical. I'll ask questions, share observations and challenge assumptions when I think it's helpful. The goal is to help you see things from a different perspective and make decisions that are right for you and your business.

If that sounds like the kind of conversation you'd find valuable, I'd welcome the opportunity to talk.
