Work With Me
I work with agents who already have a real business in place. They’re producing consistently, they have momentum and they’re starting to think differently about how everything fits together.
At that stage, most of the questions shift. It’s less about getting the next deal and more about how the business is structured, how decisions are made and how to keep things moving without creating unnecessary complexity along the way.
Who I work with
The clients I work with have established production and a business that’s active and growing. They’re beginning to feel the pressure that comes with that growth..
Some are building teams or thinking about it seriously. Others are managing a business that works well but doesn’t always feel as controlled or intentional as it could be. What they have in common is that they’re paying attention to how the business actually runs, not just how much they produce.
The work itself
Our conversations are centered on the business as it exists right now. We look at what’s working, what’s getting in the way and where things are becoming more complicated. When team questions are involved, we focus on timing, roles, and whether the current setup is actually helping or just adding weight.
It’s about making better use of what’s already there and bringing more consistency to how the business is run.
Background and perspective
Before real estate, I ran a Business Management Consultancy focused on how organizations grow and how customer relationships are managed over time. That perspective still shapes how I look at this business today.
Within real estate, I’ve worked as a producing agent, built a team, managed one of the most productive offices in the market and held executive leadership roles at a national brokerage. I have successfully consulted to and supported literally 100’s of top-producing agents and teams. That range of experience is critical to our conversations, especially when things become more complex.
Fit
This works well for agents who are already producing at a meaningful level and want to bring more clarity and structure to how their business operates. It also works for team leaders who are making decisions that affect other people and want to approach those decisions more deliberately.
It’s less useful for agents who are early in the business or looking for step-by-step systems. The work assumes there’s already something in place and focuses on improving how it runs.
Starting point
If this aligns with where you are, the best next step is a conversation. We can look at your current situation, talk through what you’re dealing with, and decide whether working together makes sense.
How I work
I work one-on-one and the structure is intentionally simple. There’s no fixed program and no system layered on top of your business.
The value comes from pattern recognition and knowing what works. I’ve worked with and supported hundreds of top-producing agents and teams, and similar inflection points tend to show up in different forms. That perspective makes it easier to see what actually matters and what doesn’t.
The conversations are direct and grounded in what’s happening in your business right now. We focus on decisions, structure and how things are actually being run day-to-day. Together, we bring more clarity and consistency without adding unnecessary complexity.
I am passionate about what I do and I take the work seriously, but the process itself is straightforward.
It should feel easy to engage in, even when the decisions we’re working through may not be.
