I work with experienced real estate agents and team leaders who have built successful businesses but know there are things they could be doing better. They may be managing growth, rethinking how their teams operate or simply wondering whether the way they've always done things still makes sense.

My work is not a structured program. We start by getting to know your business, talking through what's working and what isn't and identifying where changes could make the biggest difference.

What working together looks like.

Our conversations are about your business and the decisions you're facing. I bring a perspective shaped by years of working with successful agents, leading brokerage operations and working with businesses outside real estate.

Sometimes we're working through a specific decision, like expanding a team or changing leadership responsibilities. Other times, we're looking more broadly at how the business operates and where things have become more complicated than they need to be.

I'm direct in these conversations. I'll ask questions, share what I see and challenge assumptions when I think it's helpful. You know your business better than anyone. My role is to help you think through your options and make decisions with greater confidence.

I work with a small number of clients because I want to give each relationship the attention it deserves. Some situations call for a focused engagement, while others benefit from an ongoing relationship. It really depends on what makes sense for you and your business.
